Empowering Communities Together

 WCHC Foundation will engage the communities of Woolwich, Wellesley, and Wilmot to support the people, spaces, and equipment of Woolwich Community Health Centre (WCHC). The Foundation will support regular and ongoing equipment needs and the growth of WCHC facilities to accommodate and support community members’ access to care. 

 WCHC Foundation will establish WCHC as a premier community health centre in Ontario that provides exemplary care to the communities WCHC serves. All patients will have equitable access to care.
